Privacy policy

Effective date: October 10, 2026
Last updated: October 23, 2026

The short version: PawKick Cuties doesn't ask who you are, has no accounts, and keeps your game on your own iPhone, iPad or Mac. The game sends us anonymous stats about how it's played, never who's playing, and you can turn them off in its Settings. We never sell or share them, and this website only counts visits with Google Analytics if you say OK. Online play needs no account either, and our match server never stores the names you type or your internet address.

Who we are

PawKick Cuties is made by D147 Studios LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy covers the PawKick Cuties app for iPhone, iPad and Mac, and this website, pawkickcuties.com.

What we collect

Nothing that identifies you. The app has no sign-up, no login and no account. It has no ads, no tracking and no crash reporting. It sends us anonymous stats about how the game is played, such as the matches played and what's bought in the Store, with a random ID the game makes for itself and nothing that says who you are (see Anonymous game stats below); you can turn them off. It doesn't send your progress to us or to anyone else (if iCloud is on, Apple keeps a copy of your progress in your own iCloud for you: see What stays on your device). The names you give your team and players stay on your device too, except while you play online: then your team goes to our match server for the match, names included, and only a friend you invite sees them (see Online play below).

This website has no sign-up. If you say OK in its cookie notice, it uses Google Analytics to count visits (see Website analytics below); if you don't, it sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The trailer on the homepage loads from YouTube only when you press play. If you send a message with the contact form on our About page, your name, email address, topic and message are emailed to our support inbox through Resend (see Third-party services below); we use them only to answer you.

Website analytics

If you pick OK in the cookie notice, this website uses Google Analytics, a service from Google, to show us how the site is used: which pages are visited, how people found the site (for example a search or a social media link), the type of device and browser, screen size, language, and approximate location (such as the country or city), worked out from the IP address. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (named _ga) to tell visits apart.

We use this only to make the website better. We don't use it for ads, we've turned off Google's advertising features and Google signals, and it doesn't tell us who you are. Google handles this information under the Google Privacy Policy; you can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

If you pick No thanks, or don't pick at all, no Google script loads and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. The app doesn't use Google Analytics or any other analytics service: its only stats are its own anonymous ones, below.

Anonymous game stats

To see how PawKick Cuties is played, so we can make it better, the app sends us anonymous stats about these moments in the game:

  • opening and closing the game, and how long it was open;
  • each match: the field, whether it was a friendly, an online match or which tournament game, the team you played and the match length you picked, the result and score, how long it lasted, and which kit your team wore;
  • how smoothly each match ran on your device (frames per second) and, in online matches, how quick and steady the connection was;
  • how far you get in each tournament, the trophies you win and the bosses you beat;
  • coins earned, what you spend coins on in the Store, and coin packs bought (which pack, how many coins, and whether it was bought or redeemed with a promo code; never Apple's transaction number or your payment details);
  • once, whether you downloaded the game from one of our ads on the App Store (Apple Ads) and, if so, which campaign, ad group and search keyword: Apple works this out on its own side and tells the app, with no advertising identifier;
  • achievements and daily challenges done, and the seasons' coin gifts;
  • your answer to the game's one-time question about what you'd like to see next;
  • a few settings: sound and music on or off, camera, passing helpers, and the touch buttons' size and left-handed layout.

Each one comes with the kind of device (phone, tablet or computer), the platform (such as iPhone, iPad or Mac), the game's version, the game's language and the time.

They're anonymous. The stats are tied only to a random ID that the game makes on your device the first time it runs, and replaces with a new one every 13 months. It isn't linked to your Apple Account, your name, your email, your device's advertising identifier or anything else that could say who you are, and the names you type in the game are never sent. Our server uses your internet (IP) address only to turn away floods of requests: it's held in memory for a few minutes and never stored with the stats (our host Vercel keeps standard server logs, as for this website: see Third-party services).

What we use them for. Only to understand and improve how the game works: which fields and tournaments are played, where players get stuck, what's popular in the Store, how long matches and sessions last, and whether our own ads on the App Store bring players who enjoy the game. We never use them to show you ads or to track you, never sell or share them, never combine them with other information to find out who anyone is, and never build profiles of individual players.

Where they go, and for how long. They're sent over an encrypted connection to our own server at pawkickcuties.com, run by Vercel, and kept in our database at Neon, a database service connected through Vercel, in the United States. They're kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically.

Turning them off. They're on to start with. Turn them off any time with Share anonymous stats in the game's Settings: nothing more is sent, and any stats still waiting on your device to be sent are deleted. Because the stats don't say who you are, we can't pick out yours to send you or delete on request; if you turn them off, nothing new about your play reaches us, and what we have is deleted after 24 months.

Online play

Online play is up to you: play a friend you invite with a room code or link, or a random opponent the game finds for you. It needs no account and no sign-in. Only when you make or join a room, or look for an opponent, does the game connect to our match server, which runs on Cloudflare's servers around the world (see Third-party services).

What the match server gets. Your internet (IP) address, as with any connection, and the game's version. Your team as the game shows it: its characters, kits, crest, headgear, emotes, celebrations and formation, and the names you've given your team and players. Which fields you have, so the match is on one you both have. During the match, your controls, your passing helpers and the emotes you send.

What other players see. A random opponent sees your team as "Opponent", never its name, and your players by their characters' own names. A friend you invite sees your team's name and your players' names. There's no chat: players can only send the game's own preset emotes.

What it keeps. The server uses your internet address only while you're connected, and never stores it. To stop anyone flooding it (making room after room, say), it keeps a one-way hash of the address instead, a scrambled code made with a secret key that doesn't reveal the address, for about an hour. Your team and its names are held only while your room is open. Beyond that, it keeps only anonymous daily counts, such as how many matches were played, how long they lasted, how well the connections held up and on which continents, never names or anything about a person.

Your part of the world. To look for a random opponent on your continent first, to run each match on Cloudflare's servers near you or your opponent, and for those counts, the server goes by where your connection comes from, which Cloudflare works out from your internet address: your continent, your country and roughly how far east or west you are (to tell Western from Eastern North America, for example). It also notes which of Cloudflare's data centers your connection came in through, for those counts, and so that the game can quietly reconnect before kick-off and try a shorter route if yours went the long way round, through another continent. It uses nothing more precise.

What stays on your device

To remember your game between sessions, PawKick Cuties saves these things on your iPhone, iPad or Mac, inside the app:

  • your progress: results, coins, skill points, the items and characters you own, your team's name and emblem, the names and numbers you give your players, achievements and challenges, a record of the coin packs you've bought in the app (each with Apple's transaction number, so its coins are only ever added once), and your settings such as sound, music and difficulty;
  • your game options: camera and passing options;
  • your language;
  • for online play: your last pick in Kick Off (the computer, a friend or a random opponent) and, while you're in an online room, its code and your seat in it, so the game can get you back in if the connection drops;
  • if you use Game Center, a note of the achievements and scores already shared with it, so none is shared twice;
  • the anonymous stats' random ID, whether you've turned them off, and any stats waiting to be sent (see Anonymous game stats).

The first time you play, the app reads your device's language setting to pick English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Korean, Japanese or Simplified Chinese. It also reads your device's date, for the daily challenges and the seasons. Your progress, options and team stay on your device: we can't see them, and they're never sent to us, except your team while you play online (see Online play). Otherwise only the anonymous stats are sent, as described above.

If iCloud is on, the app also keeps a copy of your progress in your own iCloud account, so it comes back on a new iPhone, iPad or Mac, or if you install the game again, and your iPhone, iPad and Mac can share it. Apple stores it under your Apple Account: we can't see it, and it is never sent to us. You can turn it off with iCloud backup in the game's Settings.

Third-party services

  • Apple's App Store. You download PawKick Cuties through Apple, under your Apple Account. Apple handles the download and any purchase of coins in the app, and only tells the app that a purchase went through so the coins can be added: we never see your payment details. This is all under Apple's Privacy Policy. Apple may give developers summary statistics, such as download numbers, and crash reports from people who have chosen to share them with developers.
  • Apple's Game Center (optional). If you choose to sign in to Game Center, Apple's game service, with your own Apple Account, the app shares your achievements and your leaderboard scores (career goals, matches won and your biggest win) with Game Center, where others may see them as your Game Center settings allow. You can play without it, and sign out any time in your device's Settings. Apple handles your sign-in and this information under its own terms and Apple's Privacy Policy. Nothing about your Game Center account is sent to us, and the app collects nothing extra for it.
  • Google Analytics (this website only, with your OK). See Website analytics above.
  • Resend (this website's contact form). When you send a message with the contact form, Resend, an email delivery service, emails it to our support inbox. It handles only what you type in the form, to deliver it.
  • ImprovMX (email to support@pawkickcuties.com). Email sent to our support address, including messages from the contact form, is forwarded to our inbox by ImprovMX, an email forwarding service.
  • YouTube (this website only, when you play the trailer). The trailer on our homepage is hosted on YouTube, a Google service. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; then the video plays in YouTube's privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com), and Google may collect information such as your IP address, device and how you watch, under the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Website hosting. This website, and the server that receives the game's anonymous stats, are run by Vercel Inc., which, like most web hosts, may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses, the type of device and app used to visit, and the pages requested) to run and protect the service.
  • Neon (the game's anonymous stats). The anonymous stats are kept in our database at Neon, Inc., a database service we use through Vercel, which stores them for us and doesn't use them for anything else.
  • Cloudflare (online play). Our match server runs on Cloudflare Workers, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., in its data centers around the world. It handles what an online match needs only to run the server for us (see Online play) and, like most web hosts, may keep standard logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect its service.

Children's privacy

The app doesn't ask for or collect names, email addresses, photos, locations or contact details from anyone, including children under 13. Names that players give their team and characters stay on the device, except during an online match: then our match server shows them only to a friend the player invited, never to strangers, and doesn't keep them. There's no chat, only the game's preset emotes. The anonymous game stats use only a random ID made by the game, solely to support the game's internal operations (keeping it working well and understanding how it's played, to improve it), never for ads, tracking or profiles of anyone, and they can be turned off in the game's Settings. Online play uses a player's internet address only to run the match and to keep the server safe from floods, never for ads, tracking or profiles. On this website, Google Analytics runs only after an OK in the cookie notice, and we use it only to understand how the site is used, never for ads or to build profiles.

Your choices

Your game data is yours, and it's on your iPhone, iPad or Mac, so you control it: on an iPhone or iPad, deleting the app deletes your progress, options and language from the device. If iCloud backup is on, the copy of your progress in your iCloud stays there, so it comes back if you install the game again.

We hold no copy, so we can't recover a game that's gone, and there's nothing of your game for us to delete or send you on request.

You can turn the anonymous game stats off at any time with Share anonymous stats in the game's Settings (see Anonymous game stats).

Online play is up to you: if you don't play online, the game never connects to our match server.

On this website, you can turn analytics on or off at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Changes to this policy

If the app or this website changes how it handles information, we'll update this policy, post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.

Your license to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play PawKick Cuties for your own non-commercial fun. We may update the game, and change or remove features, at any time.

The App Store

PawKick Cuties comes from Apple's App Store, so Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, alongside these terms. D147 Studios LLC, not Apple, is responsible for the game and its support.

Virtual items and coins

Coins, skill points and the items you get in the game, such as characters, fields, kits and headgear, are only for use in the game. Coins can be bought with real money through the App Store; refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. Coins and items have no real-world value outside the game, and can't be sold, exchanged, cashed out or transferred. They're stored inside the app on your device (and in your own iCloud, if iCloud backup is on), so they can be lost if the app is deleted, and we may change prices and how the game hands them out in updates.

Acceptable use

Please don't copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or its art, music or characters; pass off a copy as the official game; or try to break, overload or misuse this website or the game's online play. Changing your own saved game is at your own risk.

Intellectual property

PawKick Cuties™, its name, logo, characters, art, music and code belong to D147 Studios LLC. Some parts, such as open-source software and fonts, are used under their own licenses. These terms don't give you ownership of anything in the game.

Disclaimers

We make PawKick Cuties with care, but we provide it "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, work on every iPhone, iPad and Mac or be free of bugs, or that your saved game will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, D147 Studios LLC isn't responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using the game or this website, including lost progress, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for the game, if anything. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that can't be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live says otherwise. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
